Return Policy

At Couture Belle ( www.couturebelle.de ), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This period begins upon receipt of the goods. After receiving and inspecting the returned item (less shipping costs), we will refund the purchase price.

Return conditions

Returns are only possible if:

• the dress is unworn and in perfect condition ,
• all original labels (especially the main label) are intact ,
• there are no traces of make-up, perfume or other residues .

Important: Removed or damaged labels will not be accepted for return.

Return

You are responsible for the costs. After applying via your website profile, you will receive a link to create the return label. Please package the parcel securely and drop it off at DHL.

Notes

• Refund will be made to the original payment method (no cash refund).
• Returns must be registered within 14 days.
