Information on Cancellation and Returns
At Couture Belle (www.couturebelle.de), we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal and the possibility to return eligible orders under the conditions set out below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to you.
Once the returned item has been received by Couture Belle and all return conditions have been met, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any shipping costs are non-refundable where applicable.
Where Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted for orders delivered to:
- Germany
- European Union member states
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- Norway
Returns are not accepted for orders delivered to countries outside these regions. For such orders, no cancellation, return, or refund is possible once the order has been placed and shipped.
Return Conditions
Returns can only be accepted if:
- the dress is unworn and in perfect condition
- all original tags, especially the main label, are still attached and intact
- there are no signs of wear, makeup, perfume, stains, or other marks
Important: If tags have been removed or damaged, the right to return is void.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Customers in Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway can request a return through their customer account or by using the link in their order confirmation email. After the return request is submitted, they will receive access to a prepaid return label. The applicable costs can be found in our shipping policy.
Please ensure that the item is packed securely before returning it.
Important Notes
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Orders shipped to countries outside Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway are excluded from returns and refunds.
How to Proceed
If you have created a customer account on our website, you can request a return directly through your account. If not, you can use the link in your order confirmation email to access your order and submit a return request.
Customers in Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway will then receive a link to create a prepaid return label. After completing the form and printing the label, the parcel can be dropped off at the nearest DHL branch. The returned item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after the return request has been approved. If the return is not shipped within this period, the return request will be automatically cancelled.
