📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
After a processing time of 1-3 business days, the shipment will be dispatched. Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, within Europe 2-8 business days, and internationally 10-18 business days (outside the EU).
How much are the shipping costs for dresses?
€6.99 within Germany. For EU countries, costs vary between €16 and €26 depending on the zone; for countries outside the EU, they are €39 per order.
Will my order be shipped with tracking?
Yes, all packages are shipped via DHL with tracking . Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
Does COUTURE BELLE offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available – but only upon request . Please contact us before placing your order to check availability and costs.
Do you also deliver abroad (e.g. Switzerland or Austria)?
Yes, COUTURE BELLE also delivers to Switzerland, Austria and other EU and non-EU countries.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
How long can I return my dress?
You can cancel your order with COUTURE BELLE within 14 days of receipt, provided the order was delivered within the European Union. The refund will be processed, minus shipping costs if applicable, once the dress has arrived at our premises and meets the return conditions. For orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, cancellation, return, and refund are not possible.
What are the conditions for returning clothes?
Please note: Returns are only possible if the dress is unworn , in perfect condition, and with all original tags intact . There must be no traces of makeup, perfume, or other residue .
How does a return process work at COUTURE BELLE?
You can request your return either directly through your customer account on our website or by email. Customers in Germany will receive a link to create a pre-paid return label after requesting a return. Customers within the EU but outside Germany must send the package themselves to the following address after the return has been approved:

For orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, returns, cancellations, and refunds are excluded.
Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer.
How is the refund processed in the event of a return?
After successful processing of your return, we will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs, if applicable) to the original payment method. Cash refunds are not possible .

Yes, all COUTURE BELLE dresses are fully opaque , feature high-quality lining, and feature long sleeves and a high neckline . Our designs are specifically designed to be hijab-friendly —elegant, stylish, and yet still cover up for festive occasions like henna, engagement, or nikkah.
What material are the clothes made of?
Our models are made of high-quality crepe or satin, which drapes particularly elegantly and is comfortable to wear – perfect for festive occasions.
Are the dresses suitable for pregnant women?
Many of our dresses have a loose cut and are also suitable during pregnancy or after the postpartum period.
Are the dresses offered in one size or ready-to-wear sizes?
Our dresses are available in standardized clothing sizes . All sizes are based on Turkish clothing —please refer to the size chart on the product page.
