You can cancel your order with COUTURE BELLE within 14 days of receipt, provided the order was delivered to Germany, an EU member state, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Norway. The return must be shipped to us within 7 days of the return being approved. The refund, minus shipping costs if applicable, will be processed once the dress has been received by us and meets the return conditions. For orders delivered to countries outside these regions, cancellation, return, and refund are excluded.

Please note: Returns are only possible if the dress is unworn , in perfect condition, and with all original tags intact . There must be no traces of makeup, perfume, or other residue .

You can request your return either directly via your customer account on our website or by email. After reviewing and approving the return, a pre-paid return label will be created for customers in Germany, EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. The respective costs of the return label depend on the country and can be viewed in our shipping conditions. For orders delivered to countries outside these regions, returns, cancellations, and refunds are excluded. The return must be shipped to us within 7 days of the return approval.

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the buyer.

After successfully inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount (minus shipping costs) to the original payment method. Cash payments are not accepted .
