Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

Couture Belle delivers within Germany, to EU member states, and to selected non-EU countries according to the shipping options available on our website.

Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped via DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping

  • Germany: €6.99 per order. Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
  • EU countries: Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery destination and range between €16.00 and €26.00. Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping outside the EU: €39.00 per order. Delivery usually takes place within 10 to 18 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on request only and must be confirmed in writing by the seller before the order is placed. If approved, shipping takes place on the next working day after dispatch. Express shipping costs depend on the destination and will be communicated individually.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery to Parcel Lockers and Post Offices

You may also choose delivery to a DHL parcel locker or post office. Please provide the relevant delivery details during checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which can be used to track your shipment online via DHL.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery to your home address is unsuccessful, the parcel will usually be delivered to the nearest post office for collection. The storage period is generally seven working days. Information about the collection point and opening hours can be found on the delivery notification left by the carrier.

Please note that Couture Belle accepts no liability for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider.

Customs and Import Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply. These costs must be borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns

Returns are accepted for orders delivered to:

  • Germany
  • EU member states
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • Norway

Returns are not accepted for orders delivered to countries outside these regions.

The returned item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after the return request has been approved. If the return is not shipped within this period, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

Customers in the following countries may request a return and receive access to a prepaid return label at the following rates:

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted or charged accordingly when the prepaid return label is created, depending on the return process.
